Challenge
TNB required tablet-based inspection and HIRARC capability that could operate both online and offline, with delayed integration to Maximo when internet connectivity was unavailable. The initial implementation did not satisfy these key tender requirements.

Redesigned the mobility architecture around Maximo-aligned integration and guided the internal team in taking over delivery from the incumbent approach.
Focused the solution on practical field operation, including offline data capture and subsequent synchronisation when connectivity returned.
Restructured rollout into smaller geographic zones so operational teams could be onboarded progressively, issues could be resolved early and adoption could grow steadily.
