A first-of-kind APM implementation faced emerging-product limitations, integration-design gaps and customer Data Lake readiness issues while the solution was being introduced into a demanding utility environment.

Identified product and integration gaps and worked closely with product management and R&D to develop and test the capabilities needed by the programme.
